The ideal candidate should be well-versed in government procurement, bid preparation, and GeM portal functionalities.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee GeM Portal registration, bid submissions, and tender processing.- Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and portal guidelines.- Track upcoming tenders, analyze requirements, and prepare responses.- Liaise with government officials, vendors, and stakeholders.- Maintain accurate records of bidding history, payments, and contracts.- Monitor new updates and features on the GeM Portal to maximize efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.- 13 years of experience handling GeM Portal tenders and government procurement.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and document management tools.- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Preferred Experience:- Previous work experience in government procurement/tendering.- Knowledge of GeM Portal regulations and e-tendering practices.

Tendering and Estimation Manager- EPC ( Buildings and Factories ), Public sector BuildingsEducation : Full time BE in Civil Engineering from a Reputed College / UniversityExperience- 8 to 10 years in EPC Companies for Sales and Estimation of EPC Tenders. Having worked for Bidding and Estimation of EPC tenders in Hospitals and Data CentresResponsibilities :1. Generating New Enquiries and pre tender activities of EPC Projects of Hospitals , Data Centers , Warehouses etc2. Bid Assessments ( Bid / No- Bid )3. Bidding and Estimation of EPC Tenders of Hospitals , Data Centers and Warehouses value between 100 to 500 Cr4. To ensure Order Booking of 500 Cr in a Year in EPC scope comprising of Civil , Interior , MEP etc . 30 % annual Growth .5. Attending Sales and negotiation meeting with Client /Consultants for Order finalisation.6. Coordination with Contracts and Procurement team for Bid assessments , Vendors negotiation & Pre Bid MOU etc7. Weekly Sales review with Senior Management and MIS8. Internal Kick Off meeting after award of contract and handover of Booked projects to Project Execution Team9. Arranging Kick Off Meeting with Client after award of contract .10. Building and Managing Bidding & Estimation team of size approx. 10- 12 Nos.

Role & responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and relevant contract documents.Perform quantity take-offs for construction subtrades such as concrete, masonry, flooring, drywall, painting, and site work.Utilize estimating software to calculate areas, lengths, and volumes of different building components as needed.Apply labour / material rates to quantity take-offs given by estimating manager to calculate final project costs.Liaise with general contractors / project owner to get clarifications. Perform other duties as assigned by the construction estimating manager.Preferred candidate profile Must have experience with reading construction drawings and specifications.Must have good knowledge of computer and must be enthusiastic about learning new software and skills.Ability to work independently and with a team.1-2 years of previous experience estimating and construction software is required.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrate excellent technical skills in construction and construction materials.Must be highly organized, multi-tasker, and attentive to details.Must have a personal laptop / desktop and a mobile device with steady internet.Perks and benefits Full-Time / Part-Time 5 days a week.Letter of recommendation / certificate.Professional experience working on North American construction projects.
