Hiring For Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, cost control, and financial management of construction projects in Delhi. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are completed within budget and to specifications.

Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing cost estimates, evaluating tenders and contracts, conducting feasibility studies, and monitoring project progress to control costs. You will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities and providing regular financial updates to project stakeholders.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, a graduate degree in a related field, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction software and excellent communication skills are also required. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A male candidate is preferred for this role, and the job is full-time with a requirement to work from the office in Delhi.
