Job Title: Quality Control Executive / InspectorLocation: Ahmedabad , ChangodarExperience: 12 years of quality control experience in manufacturing, pharma, or medical devices.Job Summary:The Quality Control Executive/Inspector ensures that raw materials, in-process items, and finished products meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and collaboration with production and quality teams to maintain product quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality compliance.Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks using inspection tools.Conduct required product tests and analyze results against specifications.Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report findings.Maintain accurate inspection and test documentation.Support quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and internal standards.Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.Knowledge of ISO/GMP standards.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.Proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

To handle manufacturing sites as a corporate quality control.To do sites audits, contract lab audits and vendor qualification.Preparation of Vendor Audit schedule and to coordinate with various site for the Audit as per schedule.Responsible for compilation and maintenance of vendor qualification documents.Responsible for the preparation of CQA SOPs and to ensure system harmonization.Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality.

Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with changing regulations and best practices. Documentation And Records Management- Maintain and manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including batch records, investigation reports, change controls, and validation documentation.- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all quality-related documentation. Product Quality Control- Investigate product non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints to identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant quality standards.- Making decisions on batch disposition and product recall based on root cause identification.- Reviewing and approving compliance reports following external (customer/regulatory) audits and corporate audits to ensure compliance.- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures and ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.- Timely completion of APQR related activity- Prepared & Review of Validation protocol and report (like Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Analytical Method Validation,)- Handling of Market Complaint and Related Compliance- Handling of out of specification and suitable investigation- Handling of Deviation and Incident- Prepared BMR, SOP, Protocols etc.- Compliance of Vendor Audit, Regulatory Audit etc.Skills & QualificationEducation:UG: B.Sc / B.PharmPG: M.Sc / M.
