Responsibilities: Preparing operation bulletin, machine layout, & process time for every style Coordinates and consolidates the annual and short-term production plans Monitor & facilitating the implementation of the production plan Controlling the production process flow by comparing against the plan AQL Inspections for all produced lots. Maintaining Quality Audit Reports. Doing the final random inspection with AQL Standards. Analysing the Quality & Measurements for the Proto sample. Daily, weekly, monthly inspections for all produced lots. Ensuring quality assurance for all produced lots. Preparing time and method study for each type of work Making recommendations regarding methods of work and sequence of operations and supervise. Maintaining the daily production & Quality record report to Managing Director.

Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.setting customer service standards.specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.

Responsibilities: Getting involved in all day-to-day correspondence with international customer Getting involved in the complete costing process. Interacting with inter departments across factory (Quality/ Fabric/ Purchase/ Materials/ Stores/ Shipping etc). Good understanding in fabric quality approvals, production planning, sample & shipment. Experience in preparing MIS/ Dashboard for daily/ weekly/ monthly reviews.
