Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for raw materials, equipment, and components required in the manufacturing process of industrial furnaces, toughened glass, and industrial chemicals.2. Procurement of Materials: Manage the purchase of raw materials (e.g., refractory materials, metals, glass components, chemicals) and other supplies required for production, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock is available without overstocking. Work with the production team to anticipate and fulfill material requirements based on manufacturing schedules.4. Request for Quotation (RFQ) & Negotiation: Prepare and send out requests for quotations (RFQs) to suppliers, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms of purchase to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity.5. Purchase Orders & Contracts: Prepare purchase orders (POs), process order confirmations, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring accurate specifications, pricing, and delivery terms are met.6. Quality Control: Ensure that all purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to conduct necessary checks and handle any discrepancies.7. Supplier Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, pricing, and customer service. Maintain records of supplier performance and make recommendations for supplier improvements or changes.8.
