Prepare and Monitor Vendor Payments and reconciliations Prepare and Monitor Regular Bank Reconciliations Managing cash flow and periodic cash flow reporting Payroll preparation of project staff, Medical officers and Village health workers. Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues as and when required Shall keep an eye on accomplishment of deadlines. Ensure timely submission of TDS, PF, ESI details to Head office. Assist bookkeeper with monthly financial close responsibilities, including reconciliation of various general ledger accounts, payroll and non-payroll relate. JOB PURPOSEAs a member of the NGO Program Team, the Senior Manager would manage the NGO partners engaged in implementation of projects supported by NGO / RIST. S/he would identify geographical locations with low (HDI) and identify potential and credible NGOs to undertake project implementation. The project would aim at addressing immediate, intermediate and underlying causes of problems. The position would be accountable for the deliverables and the effectiveness of projects in meeting the success indicators defined in the logical framework.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESA. Identification of Partners:i. Identify potential partners in different geographical regions of India with low Human Development Index under the programming priorities of Foundation.ii. Review Concept Notes submitted by the potential partners. Also, undertake reviews of proposals submitted by the partners for funding against the sectoral approaches of Foundation.B. Review of Proposals: Finalise proposals by the potential partners based on the observations of the Proposal Review Committee and RIST. Accordingly, Prepare One-Pagers for approval of projects by NGO and RIST.C. Agreement and Documentation: Facilitate the Equal Determination process of the partners and coordinate for availability of all the documents. Signing of agreements by the partners and RIST and ensure uploading of all documents in the SMA tool of RIST.D. Monitoring and Evaluation:i. Monitor projects to ensure that deliverables are achieved with quality and within budget and timelines.ii. Carry out a review of partners reports and conduct analysis in terms of accomplishments of deliverables, quality of reporting, utilization of budget and the overall timelines and provide feedback to partners.iii. Carry routine structured check-ins with the partners over call for each projects and have updated knowledge about the projects.iii. Embark on field visits to monitor projects against defined Terms of Refere
