MS Project Site Execution Project Planning
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget constraints. This includes coordinating with contractors and suppliers, scheduling work, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on the site to ensure that work is being carried out according to the project specifications and industry standards. This involves identifying potential hazards or safety issues and implementing corrective measures to address them.- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets all requirements and guidelines. This includes developing project timelines, setting milestones, and monitoring progress throughout the construction process.- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules. This involves utilizing MS Project to track project timelines and milestones, as well as communicating any changes or updates to the project team.Skills and Expectations:- B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.- Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools is essential.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Prior experience in site execution or project planning is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Reporting- Review of data gathered from the project service center and all reports generated and suggest policy inputs.- Reviewing reports created by project associate, HR executive, consultant monitoring associate and operations manager and core team.- Review standard operating procedures for the functioning of this project and approval from concerned authorities as and when requiredE. Finance and Administration:- Management of promotions, appraisals, performance evaluation and contract extension of all project staff and support the HR- Maintaining record of attendance, report submission by team and also the bill and voucher if any.
