Civil Site Supervisor - Full Time

As a Civil Site Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Construction Activities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is done in accordance with project plans and specifications to maintain safety and quality.

- Coordinate with Team Members: Communicate effectively with engineers, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure everyone understands their tasks and timelines, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Monitor Progress: Regularly check on the progress of construction work, keeping track of schedules and ensuring projects stay within the planned timeframe.

- Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring that all team members use personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Document Site Activities: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and labor hours worked, which are essential for reporting and budget management.

- Assist in Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues that arise during construction, working with the team to find effective solutions promptly.

You should possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and ideally have 0-6 years of experience in construction supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial, along with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards is essential. Be prepared to work on-site in Kolkata, demonstrating both leadership and a commitment to quality.
