salary will be hiked up to 50% after a 3-month probation period depending on the performance.

note:- it is being informed about the bonding procedure of our company. every engineer has to sign a bond with our company for 1 year on the date of joining if they successfully qualify for the interview process. they can't leave the company before 1 year. for the bonding procedure, candidates have to deposit an amount of rs. 20,000/- as security money which is taken for the technical training & telecom equipment like gps, tracker, mirror compass, ammeter, multimeter, full body safety kits, earthing tester, insulation tester, lux meter clamp meter, otdr [optical time domain reflectometer ], etc purpose. the whole amount will be refunded to the employee with 7% interest after 1 year of successful service in the company. this will be written on the legal notarized court paper that the employee has submitted the security amount to the company & it will return the amount to them after completion of 1 year of service in the company.
