Job Description: Factory Manager (Interior Company) The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, optimizing efficiency, and managing the workforce in an interior manufacturing setup. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain smooth factory operations while meeting project deadlines. Key Responsibilities:1. Production Management: - Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines. - Ensure optimal utilization of resources (materials, manpower, and machinery). - Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements. - Maintain and enforce strict quality control measures. 2. Factory Operations & Maintenance:** - Supervise factory workers, including carpenters, machine operators, and support staff. - Maintain all machinery and equipment in good working condition. - Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials and finished goods. - Implement cost-effective strategies to reduce waste and optimize productivity. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:** - Ensure products meet company and client quality standards. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of factory operations. - Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
