The role involves building strong relationships with local farmers, creating awareness about fair pricing and collection processes, and ensuring a consistent supply of quality cow dung for company production needs (such as biogas, organic fertilizer, or manure products).Key Responsibilities:Farmer Engagement & Relationship Building:Visit rural areas and villages to identify and network with farmers.Educate farmers about the companys cow dung purchasing process, quality standards, and benefits.Build long-term trust-based relationships with local suppliers.Procurement & Marketing:Promote the companys cow dung procurement scheme through field marketing, posters, and farmer meetings.Quality Control:Ensure that collected cow dung meets the companys quality standards (freshness, moisture level, contamination-free).Provide feedback to farmers for improving product quality.Skills & Qualifications:Any Bachelors degree , Experience in Marketing field .
