6. maintenance – it, electrical, electronic, transformer, elevators/lifts, internet

7. amc – ups, air conditioners, elevators/lifts

8. telecommunication – epabx lines, telephones servicing & troubleshooting

9. security systems – cctv installation and management

10. vendor management - manage external vendor relationships and services.

11. inventory - maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.

12. documentation - total responsibility and documentation of it infrastructure for oasis - both hardware and software, documentation of issues and enhancements

13. monitor security of all the technology & hardware.

14. ahu serviceability and periodical maintenance

15. cryopreservation and procedures

16. mis & reports
