As an Electrical Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical automation systems. You will work closely with various engineering teams to ensure efficiency and reliability in production processes. Your role will include:- **System Design and Development**: Creating detailed designs for electrical automation systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.- **Installation and Commissioning**: Overseeing the installation and commissioning of automation systems, ensuring they are set up correctly and function as intended.- **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**: Diagnosing issues in existing automation systems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.- **Collaboration with Teams**: Working alongside mechanical and software engineers to integrate systems and optimize overall performance.- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining clear documentation of all designs, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures, and preparing regular reports for management.To be successful in this role, you should possess a B.E or an equivalent advanced/higher diploma, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical automation. Proficiency in programming languages related to automation systems is essential. You should also have a strong understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, and control systems. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are important. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies will also contribute to your success in this position.

Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output.Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.Handling and maintain the ISO documents.Implementation of &s activities on the production floor.Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.Preparing production reports by applying knowledge of Kaizen, 7 QC tools etc.
