We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production operations in our Nashik facility. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, and leading a team of production staff to meet production targets. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, and process inefficiencies. Implement corrective and preventive actions.Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production staff in Nashik.
