Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols duringfabrication and assembly processes. Coordinate with the design and planning team for drawing clarifications andmodifications. Maintain and optimize equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency. Track material consumption and communicate with the procurement team toensure timely availability of raw materials. Prepare and maintain daily production reports, job cards, and status updates. Assist in testing, inspection, and installation of tanks/silos at client sites as needed. Liaise with the QC team to resolve any quality-related issues during or postproduction. Support new product development trials and provide technical feedback. Ensure all work complies with company standards, statutory regulations, and clientspecifications.4. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: B. Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 - 5 years in water storage, tanks/silos, fabrication industry or similar inrole. Certifications in Auto CAD & SOLID Works or hands on experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and externalstakeholders, including vendors and clients, regarding production updates andtechnical specifications. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, quality,procurement, and site execution to ensure smooth workflow and successful projectdelivery. Demonstrate excellent team collaboration by facilitating communication betweenshop floor workers, engineers, and management to align on production priorities. Encourage and maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line withcompany policy and legal requirements.
