We are looking for a smart, hands-on and systems-driven Plant Head to independentlymanage the day-to-day operations of our steel fabrication, hot-dip galvanization andelectrical switchgear manufacturing facility.Lead and manage the complete factory operations, including:o Steel fabricationo Hot-dip galvanizationo Electrical switchgear and panel manufacturingo Maintenanceo Packing, dispatch and logistics Convert the production plan into daily, shift-wise and supervisor-wise executiontargets. Supervise production teams, allocate manpower and machinery, monitor dailyoutput and remove production bottlenecks. Ensure fabrication and galvanization are carried out as per approved drawings,specifications, job cards and quality standards. Control critical galvanization parameters, including surface preparation, pickling,fluxing, zinc bath operation, coating quality, zinc consumption, re-dipping anddistortion. Monitor steel, zinc, chemicals, fuel, electricity, welding consumables and othermajor production costs. Minimize material wastage, rejection, rework, excess consumption, machinedowntime and idle manpower. Ensure preventive maintenance and timely resolution of machine and utilitybreakdowns. Coordinate closely with PPC, Stores, Quality Control, Purchase, Finance and HRwhile respecting their independent control responsibilities. Ensure material is issued only against authorized documents and that scrap,unused material and finished goods are properly recorded and traceable. Ensure no material is dispatched without Quality Control clearance, correctpacking and authorized documentation. Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety, housekeeping, worker productivity andcompliance with factory procedures. Submit accurate daily reports covering production, rejection, rework, downtime,material shortages, manpower, dispatch and critical constraints. Develop competent supervisors and systems so that the factory operates withoutcontinuous involvement of the CEO.

Manpower planning, Recruitment Process, Sourcing & Budgeting. Attending conciliation proceeding & Court cases. Handling Grievances of shopfloor workers. IMS QMS-9001-2008, EMS-14001- 2004, OHSAS- 18001: 200 Monitor administrative functions related to Canteen/Pantry, Uniform, andSecurity & Contractors, Transportation. Monitor the HR Related overhead in the Plant. Monitor Time office functions inpayroll system. Transport Management like Employees Transport, commercial vehicles management Canteen, Security, Pantry, Stationaries, Guest houses, Gardening & all welfare &general administration related things. Managing & Controlling Manpower as per Plan duly approved. Monitoring, Implementing KRA / KPI and performance Appraisal Monitoring, Implementing ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Monitoring, Implementing ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS)Handling all Govt. Inspection & ABB Audit, ICS Audit & Siemens Audit with Internal &External Audits.Monitor employees welfare activities in the plant. Monitoring & Submissions of all Statutory Returns Formulating & Implementing innovative Personnel & HR polices/Procedures. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of differentfunctional/Operation areas & conducting selection interviews. Formation of Committees (POSH, Works, Welfare & Canteen Committees etc.) Handled all statutory and compliances at factory level Supervising staffing recruitment, Induction program, Labour negotiations, Disciplineand policy & processors & workers settlement. Implementing Incentive, Reward & Recognition, Best Operator of day/Month/Year POSH Certification

7.1.0 Supply Chain Planning, Control and Delivery7.1.1 To initiate along with plant leaders WEEKLY production plan based on supply chain inputs (What to deliver) and monitor implementation/ executionof the plan upto despatch level. (How to deliver) (weekly)7.1.2 Monitoring the production & delivery activities to achieve the production target as per production plan ie % of fillrate achieved. Also monitoring ofPQCDSM. (Daily)7.1.3 Analyse, Decide & Act on - Trend analysis, Variance analysis, Cause & effect analysis, to facilitate solution for problem related to PQCDSM targetachievement.
