Key Responsibilities:1. Design MEP systems: Create detailed plans and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings.2. Coordination with architects and other engineers: Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall building design.3. Supervise installation: Oversee the installation of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.4. Testing and commissioning: Perform tests on MEP systems to ensure functionality and conduct commissioning to hand over the systems to clients.5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the installation or operation of MEP systems.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering: A degree in engineering is essential to understand the technical aspects of MEP systems.2. 3-9 years of experience in MEP engineering: Previous experience in designing, installing, and maintaining MEP systems is required for this role.3. Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and contractors.4. Knowledge of building codes and regulations: Understanding of relevant codes and regulations for MEP systems in buildings.5. Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and come up with effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Act as an intermediary between upper management andthe project team Provide regular reports to stakeholders to ensure theprojects success Meeting with stakeholders and clients to identifyproject requirements, delivery timelines and costs11. Closely work with Security team and establish a robustaudit and vigilance .
