Job Profile: Medical Laboratory TechnicianResponsibilities and Duties- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment- Transport the samples collected to labOR Sample Receiving, processing, interpretation and reporting (Biochemistry, Immunology, Clinical pathology, serology, Microbiology, Accessioning)-Daily quality control, instrument handling and maintenance-Performing routine and advance diagnostics test-Troubleshooting of equipments and Instruments-Coordination with QA during internal and external audit and compliance as per GLP-Ensuring Turn-around time of laboratory test and adhering to it-Identify bottle necks in work flow that can affect smooth functioning of department and proactively address the issue and inform superiors in time.-Prepare and maintain SOP for Test as per quality Instructions-Maintain MIS as per requirement-Organize and attend Seminar and trainingsRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications-DMLT/ MLT/ CMLT Student-Having good experience in Blood collection-Confident & good communicatorPatient handling educationUG: B.Sc - Any SpecializationPG: Post Graduation Not RequiredDoctorate: Doctorate Not RequiredDiploma (Preferred)
