responsibilities and duties

- maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment

- transport the samples collected to lab

sample receiving, processing, interpretation and reporting (biochemistry, immunology, clinical pathology, serology, microbiology, accessioning)

-daily quality control, instrument handling and maintenance

-performing routine and advance diagnostics test

-troubleshooting of equipment’s and instruments

-coordination with qa during internal and external audit and compliance as per glp

-ensuring turn-around –time of laboratory test and adhering to it

-identify bottle necks in work flow that can affect smooth functioning of department and proactively address the issue and inform superiors in time.

-prepare and maintain sop for test as per quality instructions

-maintain mis as per requirement

-organize and attend seminar and trainings

required experience, skills and qualifications

-dmlt/ mlt/ cmlt student

-having good experience in blood collection

-confident & good communicator

patient handling education

ug: - any specialization

pg: post graduation not required

doctorate: doctorate not required
