We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Pune. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and professional manner. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in phlebotomy are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Collect Blood Samples: You will draw blood from patients using appropriate techniques to ensure safety and comfort.- Prepare Samples for Testing: Once blood is collected, you will label and store samples properly for laboratory analysis, ensuring accurate tracking and handling.- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain phlebotomy equipment, ensuring everything is clean and in good working order to prevent contamination.- Assist Patients: You will help calm and reassure patients during the collection process, answering any questions and addressing concerns they may have.- Document Procedures: Accurately record information related to blood draws and patient interactions in compliance with health regulations.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to interact with patients effectively.
