Looking For Phlebotomist

We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Pune. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and professional manner. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in phlebotomy are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect Blood Samples: You will draw blood from patients using appropriate techniques to ensure safety and comfort.

- Prepare Samples for Testing: Once blood is collected, you will label and store samples properly for laboratory analysis, ensuring accurate tracking and handling.

- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain phlebotomy equipment, ensuring everything is clean and in good working order to prevent contamination.

- Assist Patients: You will help calm and reassure patients during the collection process, answering any questions and addressing concerns they may have.

- Document Procedures: Accurately record information related to blood draws and patient interactions in compliance with health regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to interact with patients effectively. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accurate sample collection and documentation. A good understanding of health and safety practices related to blood collection is essential. We expect you to be punctual and reliable, working cooperatively within a team. Male candidates are preferred for this role as per organizational norms. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required for this position, and prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous.
