To Take daily round in PSC (general and private) To generate PSC QMIS on timely basis with analysis, Analyze the incident reporting with CAPA by concerned in-charge. To ensure that instruments and equipment in psc to be available in a proper condition with stock inventory. To take theory and practical classes of COP students who is posted in PSC. Responsible for enforcing & ensuring adherence to all patient care protocols. Indenting and maintaining inventory of consumables, stationary, other supplies providing for their optimal use. . Responsible for orienting & coaching juniors to maintain the standard. To be able to manage crisis but in case of doubt/ queries escalate to Supervisor. Conducting periodic meeting for the staff to discuss various issues and initiate solution for issue that affect patient care Implementation of Biomedical Waste Management related rules. Sanitation & hygiene as well as overall cleanliness and taking steps for prevention of Hospital Acquired Infection Monitor patient feedback and complain and ensure that the corrective and preventive actions initiated by the patient To ensure that every staff gives maximum accuracy in performance/patient satisfaction and implements dress code, hospital service rules, policies, systems, office orders, circulars.
