The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle responsibilities sincerely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.Maintain the reception area and ensure it is neat and presentable at all times.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, emails, documents, etc.).Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, meetings, and office requirements.Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.Support HR and Admin departments in daily operational activities when required.Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.
