We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPI, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign strategies to improve performance.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to develop high-converting marketing campaigns.Track user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics using analytics tools.Manage app marketing campaigns and optimize app installs, user engagement, and retention where applicable.Develop remarketing and customer retention campaigns to maximize conversions.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present findings to stakeholders. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business targets, proactively planning campaigns in advance and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear execution plans, accountability, and achievement of growth objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and performance tracking tools.Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, attribution models, and campaign measurement.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Knowledge of SEO, ASO, affiliate marketing, and marketing automation is an added advantage.Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, marketplace, or consumer internet businesses is preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsGoogle Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing certifications.Experience working in high-growth startups or consumer technology companies.Familiarity with CRM tools, customer segmentation, and retention marketing strategies.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing social commerce platform.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Career growth and learning opportunities.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Apply Now: Interested candidates can send their updated resume to: humanresources@naar.io
