Completes production plan by scheduling and assigningpersonnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities,monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems,and reporting results of the processing flow on shift productionsummaries. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcingproduction standards. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs andevaluating new equipment and techniques. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzingoperating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control,and budgetary and personnel requirements, and implementingchange. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating anddirecting personnel on the use of all control points, equipment,and resources, and maintaining compliance with establishedpolicies and procedures. Maintains working relationship with members andrepresentatives by following the terms of the collectivebargaining agreement. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded.
