1. To perform day to day activity assigned by head of department2. To monitor shop floor activity and assign work as per planning3. To prepare various equipment operating and general production area related SOPs4. To perform the line clearance activity as per QA SOPs before any starting of any process5. To raise and check of requisition of raw material, primary packaging material and secondary packaging material for warehouse6. To perform and supervise the dispensing activities of raw materials with respect 10 calculation done in respective batch manufacturing record and to ensure cleaning of the area/ tools after dispensing activity7. To inform superiors about any breakdown or abnormal condition of operating equipment's and to ensure that the breakages and stoppage timing are minimum8. To utilized the man power effectively with respect to productivity.9. To co-ordinate and perform day to day activities to Production Manager.10. To carry, out all manufacturing / filling & packing activities & in-process controls strictly as per SOPs & specification in the area/dept. for which the responsibility has been given.11. To train the operators, workers & in. chemists on the job for correct, effective & safe way of working.12. To ensure that the BMR/BPR records are filled during the course of activities (on line) and each step is appropriately sign the cleaning, line clearance, reconciliation & other statutory & cGMP records are mentioned for the department.13. To monitor over all activity as per our standard systems & SOPs also incorporate all activity timely in BMR / BPR.14.To supervise and check that the wastage/ rejection of batch is with proper segregation and with proper label and to update the destruction activity of rejected ampoules in approved formats15. To co-ordinate with engineering dept. for preventive/breakdown maintenance of machinery in the department & to ensure that the machinery are in good working condition & are in valid calibrated status.
