We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Real estate and relationship manager to referral manage property sales, generate leads and build strong relationships with clients and the candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent satisfaction.*strong communication and negotiation skills.*Basic knowledge of Real estate documentation and local market trends.*Conduct site visits and property presentation for clients.*Coordinate documentation and negotiate registration process.*Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. *Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.*Proficiency in CRM software.Qualification and Experience :*Bachelors degree in Business in marketing or related field.*0-1 years of experience in Real estate sales preferred.
