Role Overview:
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy sales role based out of our Noida office. The Sales Executive will work across inside sales, customer success, onboarding, data operations, on-ground outreach, and trade-expo representation. This role is designed for individuals who want responsibility, learning, and strong performance-based earnings on top of a fixed base salary-not a narrow or repetitive job. Key
Responsibilities:
Execute outbound and inbound sales calls to onboard manufacturers, exporters, and traders
Qualify leads, present WiftHub's value proposition, and close sign-ups.
Drive consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email until conversion.
Manage customer success and ongoing support for onboarded users.
Assist sellers with onboarding, product listings, and platform usage,
Maintain accurate CRM, lead data, and operational records.
Conduct on-ground sales visits when requireD.
Represent WiftHub at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry expos as part of the outreach team.
Capture and convert expo-generated leads into active users.
Work closely with founders on sales execution, messaging, and growth strategy.

Incentives
This role includes a fixed base salary plus strong performance-based incentives.
Guaranteed base pay (12k-15k + upto 30k incentives)
