Manage the maintenance, preparation, and routing of deliveries Prepare accurate invoices Communicate with 3-wheeler drivers to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they dont occur again Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility Recruitment of electrical 3-wheeler drivers Document verification & conduct training for new joined drivers Map vehicles & drivers through Geo-mapping system Ensure to maintain discipline at the warehouse, Big Basket premises & at the customer end Maintain accurate & timely attendance of drivers Make payments on time Keep records of required compliances Maintain required MIS & send to HO on a timely basis Make timely changes in SOPs as per requirements Make vehicle maintenance plan as per schedule
