Logistics Supervisor

 Manage the maintenance, preparation, and routing of deliveries

 Prepare accurate invoices

 Communicate with 3-wheeler drivers to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments

 Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility

 Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again

 Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels

 Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility

 Recruitment of electrical 3-wheeler drivers

 Document verification & conduct training for new joined drivers

 Map vehicles & drivers through Geo-mapping system

 Ensure to maintain discipline at the warehouse, Big Basket premises & at the customer end

 Maintain accurate & timely attendance of drivers

 Make payments on time

 Keep records of required compliances

 Maintain required MIS & send to HO on a timely basis

 Make timely changes in SOPs as per requirements

 Make vehicle maintenance plan as per schedule
