The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, while maintaining high standards of corporate governance. This role involves managing board meetings, drafting minutes, and preparing resolutions, as well as handling ROC filings and maintaining statutory records. The Company Secretary will act as a key advisor to the board and senior management on corporate governance matters, ensuring the company's operations align with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws. They will also serve as the main point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities, shareholders, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and compliance. The role requires overseeing all corporate filings, including annual returns, and staying up to date with changing regulations to provide proactive advice. Additionally, the Company Secretary will be responsible for managing corporate documentation, contracts, and ensuring timely compliance with all statutory deadlines. This position demands discretion, integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while working closely with cross-functional teams.
