Key Responsibilities
Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes for diverse roles, ensuring the right talent is hired to support business growth.
Employee Onboarding & Development: Oversee the seamless onboarding experience and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws and handle all HR-related documentation to maintain legal compliance.
Performance Management: Develop and execute performance appraisal systems that drive employee growth and align with company goals.
Payroll & Compensation Oversight: Manage employee payroll, benefits, and compensation packages to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Promote Inclusive Workplace Culture: Create and sustain a work culture that is diverse, inclusive, and employee-friendly, enhancing overall employee engagement.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with a focus on Human Resources.
HR Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, particularly in the EdTech or startup environment.
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively lead teams and manage relationships.
HR Software Proficiency: Familiarity with modern HR software and tools (., HRMS, payroll systems) and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment while maintaining high standards of HR best practices.
