The ideal candidate will support our firm's legal needs and collaborate closely with our accounting professionals to address various legal aspects related to taxation, corporate compliance, and financial regulations-Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and cases.-Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.-Assist in preparing legal briefs and other litigation documents.-Support senior attorneys with case management, including organizing case files and evidence.-Attend meetings and participate in client consultations as needed.-Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization.-Provide administrative support such as managing legal correspondence and scheduling.-Participate in legal strategy development and implementation.
