Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software. Supporting employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
