To provide coordination and project support to the IT Applications team by following up with internal and external stakeholders, preparing presentations and reports, tracking project activities, and supporting the team in daily operational and project-related tasks.Prepare presentations (PPTs), dashboards, MIS reports, and meeting materials for management review.Assist in documentation of project requirements, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), status reports, and process documents.Support project leads in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.Maintain trackers for ongoing projects, incidents, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.Assist in arranging meetings, recording discussion points, and tracking agreed action items.
