Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software (e.g., Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office).Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on end-user devices.Support user account management including Active Directory, email, VPN, and other corporate tools.Set up and configure new computers and related equipment for new hires.Monitor and respond promptly to service requests through the helpdesk/ticketing system.Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.Provide support for video conferencing, VoIP phones, and office network connectivity.Create and update documentation for IT procedures and knowledge base articles.Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.Offer on-site and remote support as needed.
