WAREHOUSE MANAGERThis position shall be responsible for overseeing the operations of a warehouse, maintaining stock, tallying stock, and shall be responsible for the dispatch of goods and warehouse team.RESPONSIBILITIES of WAREHOUSE MANAGERMAINTAIN STOCK1. Understanding the companys products and creating a warehouse coding system.2. Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area based on FIFO.3. Responsible for receiving daily stock of products from the production team4. Entering stock as received in the ERP system and SALES RETURN.5. Re-order and replenish stock by collaborating with the Production Head.DISPATCH1. To coordination with sales & order processing team to get orders that need to be dispatched or delivered based on FIFO concept2. Responsible to release products from the warehouse into delivery vans.3. Maintaining inward & outward of stock in ERP4. To handle order processing, delivery challan by collaborating with the Sales Coordinator5. Responsible for receipt of sales return.REPORTS1. Always maintain inward & outward of stock in ERP2. Stock Reports3. Stock tallying reports4. Any other reports as required by the management from time to time.JOB SPECIFICATION1. Any Graduate2. 3 years plus of experience in a warehouse3. To manage overall warehouse ( planning , inspection as per guidelines, storage, dispatch, day to day communication, reports, etc)Coordination with all various departments ( APS,SEC,CC,FLT OPS,ENGG, MKT, FMSS, IT, HR,COR COMM etc ) for their storage/Logistics requirements.Coordination with other warehouses, TAJSATS, AISATS, CARGO Team, external agency HCK & DHL etc , Catering units for planning and dispatch of goods.Receiving calls from Pan India basis from APM's, station incharges, UK staffs, vendors and other external agency for operational requirement.Planning and ensuring timely dispatch of Domestic & international consignment.Planning and dispatching of International consignments with pre alerts docs. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures & Processes are Implemented & Followed as per client Requirements Ensure resources to meet daily plan, Manpower resource allocation as per warehouse load.Monitoring daily Requirements of clients Warehouse Enhancement through appropriate visual displays/visual controls/visual metricsEnsure Compliances wrt Legal & HR & Safety being FollowedMonthly submission of operational reports , MIS , to Client / ManagementReview meeting with customers (Daily/Weekly/MonthlY)Coordination with Vendors (Transportation & other warehouse Material) for arrangent of ResourcesMIS reports for Transportation Expense & Vehicles , other warehoue cost ( packaging material, boxes, etc)Timely closure of all customer queries and carefully handling escalation issuesHandling Complaints / other Custtomer related queries with reference ordersEnsure a continuous Improvement in day to day operationsInventory Management - 100% Inventory Physical vs System , FIFO/
