Store Incharge (Male)

We are looking for a dedicated Store Incharge to manage our store operations in Mohali Sector 114. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience and be committed to ensuring a smooth running of the store.

As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and ensuring products are properly displayed. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff to maintain store standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Inventory Management:** Regularly check stock levels, organize storage, and make sure that products are available for customers without overstocking.

- **Customer Service:** Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- **Staff Supervision:** Train and manage store employees, assigning tasks, and ensuring they meet store performance targets.

- **Sales Reporting:** Track and report sales figures and trends to help the management make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team. The candidate must also demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to tackle challenges that arise in the store. A 12th-grade education is required, and the position is full-time, working from the office.
