Requirements and Expectations for Team Leaders (TL) at Scanning CentersDaily Responsibilities1. Punctuality & Attendance Report on time to your assigned Scanning Center. Accurately complete the daily attendance link, including in and out times this will be used for time tracking and payroll. Wear formal attire daily to maintain a professional environment.2. Collaboration & Professional Relationships Engage daily with the College Scanning Center Officer to build and maintain a strong professional relationship. Foster a positive rapport to facilitate support for:o CCTV installationo Manpower arrangementso Allocation of physical space and other logistics3. Manpower & Discipline Management Recruit and manage a minimum of 25 operators per center for the upcoming project.o Collect complete profiles: Contact details, Age Verification (must be 18+), and Bank Details of each operator. Monitor operator attendance and ensure adherence to workplace discipline. Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in both soft and hard copies, including:o Aadhar Cardo PAN Cardo Educational Qualificationso Updated Resume Ensure records are compliant with MSBTE or other project-specific standards.______________Problem Solving & Initiative4. Hardware & Software Knowledge Possess basic troubleshooting skills to address minor hardware/software issues at the center.5. Purchases & Procurement Take initiative in procuring essential items such as:o Chairso Tableso Stationery Visit local markets to compare prices and collect itemized bills for all purchases. Identify and document contact information for local vendors supplying DG (Diesel Generator) Backup:o Collect 45 quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.6. Information Accuracy & Responsiveness Stay alert to updates and communications. Respond promptly and accurately to messages to ensure seamless operations and prevent miscommunication.______________Backup Planning & Travel Requirements7. Backup Training Train at least two team member to independently manage the center in your absence.8. Flexibility & Multiple Projects Be willing to travel out of station when required for project needs. Capably manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.______________Work Schedule & Leave Policy Working hours during project execution: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. OS hardening. Implementing software upgrades, updates, patches, etc. Performing technical analysis of new requirements and coordinating with related vendors for the availability of equipment.Application Support: Providing support pertaining to application software. Troubleshooting and solving the issues and incidents reported by users.Server administration & support: Troubleshooting and solving the issues and incidents related to servers. Server room monitoring. Routine activities related to server administration. Executing and monitoring routine data backups. Restoring backups.Network administration & support: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, Switches, Routers, Network links, etc. Monitoring performance of ISP links. Troubleshooting the issues pertaining to ILL, MPLS, Broadband, etc. Monitor performance of firewall, ISP links, IPsec VPN connections, etc. Handle issues related to firewall administration.Systems administration & support: Maintaining all IT-related services including Enterprise class applications, mail service, Security service, etc. Handle information security-related concerns including threats like viruses, ransomware, etc.Managing and maintaining information security systems and solutions(Antivirus, DLP Systems, etc.)Hardware Repair, maintenance, and Support: Maintaining all IT hardware equipment including servers, desktops, laptops, network setup, printers, UPS, Biometric devices, Security systems, etc.Escalations: If necessary escalate the issues to the related vendor or support team and carry out follow-up activities.Documentation: Maintain IT asset inventory. Maintain records of activities and IT setup.
