Ground Staff Executives are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services, including assisting passengers, handling baggage, and coordinating with other airport staff. Key responsibilities include:- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters and gates- Ensuring passenger safety and compliance with airline regulations- Handling baggage, including tagging and loading/unloading onto aircraft- Managing flight reservations, cancellations, and changes- Coordinating with cabin crew, pilots, and ground staff to ensure timely depart.

Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and navigating the airport. Providing information on flight schedules, gate locations, and other airport amenities. Offering assistance to passengers with special needs, disabilities, or those traveling with children. Addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues. Baggage Handling:Checking in baggage and ensuring its safe and timely delivery. Loading and unloading baggage onto and off of aircraft. Handling baggage transfers and connecting flights. Aircraft Handling:Ensuring the aircraft is properly prepared for departure, including fueling, cleaning, and restocking supplies. Marshaling aircraft into position at the gate. Performing minor maintenance checks. Security and Safety:Implementing security protocols and conducting screenings. Responding to emergencies and ensuring the safety of passengers and airport personnel.
