Role & responsibilities 1. Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold buying business. 2. Leading a team of Branch staff to ensure business growth. 3. Identifying & taking initiatives for the assigned branch Improving Business. 4. Guiding and motivating subordinates for achieving their Monthly Assigned target 5. Training the branch staff / sales team on all the financial activities from time to time. 6. Lead a result-oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability.Preferred candidate profile Candidate who having experience in NBFC- Gold loan is preferred.
