Reception activities, customer handling, communication skills

Manage front office works, Handle calls, emails, walk in clients,corporate clients, sub agents etc for their Travel & Tours relatedreservations. Handle enquiries and reservation on package tours, hotelbookings, flight tickets etc. After training, create tour package itineraries and quote toclients as per their requirements. You may have to deal with vendors and liaison with hotels,transporters and other service providers and negotiate for thebest quote. Update client data and follow-up status in designated software.
