Jay Jalaram Precision Component LLP Looking For A Production Supervisor as perJob Responsibilities- Supervise daily VMC production activities to achieve production targets.- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and manpower allocation.- Ensure production is carried out according to drawings and quality standards.- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.- Monitor and Reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).- Maintain machine wise production records, shift reports, and daily MIS.- Ensure 5S, safety, and company policies on the shop floor.- Train, guide, and motivate machine operators and setters.- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions(CAPA).- Build strong relations with Operator, setter, Helpers and improve in company cultureRequirementsITI/Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3-8 years of experience in CNC/VMC machining or precision components manufacturing.Knowledge of production planning, machining processes, and shop floor management.Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Knowledge of 5S, and continuous improvement practices is preferred.Preferred SkillsTeam leadership and manpower management.Production planning and scheduling.Root cause analysis and problem-solving.Quality and safety awareness.Good computer skills (Excel/ERP).
