Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in theexecution field.2 Recruit. train, and supervise field personnel including Recee, Spiderman, and Execution boys (for Low Rise. High Rise, and Impact Walls). Wall Painters, helpers. and contractors.3. Distribute Adwallz registration forms and ensure all interested candidates fill out mandatoryregistration forms.4. Provide daily planning updates in the morning, submit reports every evening, and collaborate with the Adwallz backend team.5.
