Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in theexecution field.2 Recruit. train, and supervise field personnel including Recee, Spiderman, and Execution boys (for Low Rise. High Rise, and Impact Walls). Wall Painters, helpers. and contractors.3. Distribute Adwallz registration forms and ensure all interested candidates fill out mandatoryregistration forms.4. Provide daily planning updates in the morning, submit reports every evening, and collaborate with the Adwallz backend team.5. Conduct city-wide and also other cities travel to:- Capture pictures of walls suitable for advertising.- Gather information on under-construction sites, contractors and project timelines.- Compile a database of contacts for wall and building painters and facade cleaners.- Collect data from hardware shops regarding building painters and their specialties.- Identify buildings suitable for advertising through wall paintings and obtain necessary approvals from Owners or relevant authorities.- Maintain accurate records of all collected data and prepare detailed reports highlighting key findings and potential leads.6. Learn Google Earth and train the team on its usage.7. Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory to apply for this role.
