We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer Die Casting to join our Quality Control department. The role involves monitoring die casting processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of die casting components Monitor die casting process parameters and overall product quality Identify defects and coordinate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and technical specifications Coordinate with production and engineering teams for continuous quality improvement Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of die casting processes and defects Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges, and inspection tools Basic understanding of quality tools and inspection techniques Excellent attention to detail with problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities

The Quality Control (QC) Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards set by the company and regulatorybodies. The QC Engineer develops and implements inspection activities, detects and resolves problems, and delivers solutions to improve themanufacturing or production process. Develop, implement, and improve quality control procedures and systems. Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement in the production process. Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defective products per day. Prepare reports and document quality issues and performance. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met. Train and guide QC inspectors and production staff on quality standards and procedures. Assist in internal and external quality audits.
