The role involves close collaboration with the Founder, Co-Founder, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, conduct structural assessments, and maintain efficient project execution from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:1. Site Management: Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites, including coordinating with vendors, laborers and employees of different departments to ensure smooth operations.2. Project Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and update project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera by breaking down work into tasks, allocating timeframes, and defining dependencies. Monitor milestones closely to ensure timely completion without compromising quality.3. Quality Assurance: Monitor work progress and quality of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.4. Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize efficiency and productivity on-site.5. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and solutions to resolve construction-related challenges, including interpreting drawings, resolving design issues, and implementing changes as necessary.6. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.8.
