NoCompany Name (Client): SociomartsKey Responsibility Area (KRA)Facilitate smooth and effective functioning of the company store.Interact with customers to solve issues and questions about products, services, and policies.Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times.Recruit potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally.Establish new customer accounts and record account information, like phone numbers or addresses, on your digital platform.Listen to customer complaints and try to identify the cause of their problem to your best ability.Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible.Relegate unique customer cases to supervisors or the appropriate department and provide context when necessary.Assist customers on placement of orders, refunds, or exchangesEnsure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support at the store.Place the customer at the center of the customer service experience.Follow trust processes and guidelines for store operating procedures.Maintain security and safety of the store and managing assets.Required SkillsExperience in Managing Medium / High End Retail Store.Excellent communication skills (both Hindi and English), both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills.Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and office.Ability to operate cash register and office computer and other equipment (tablets, QRs, etc.).Ability to facilitate planning, handle cash at the store, collate daily sales as well as other necessary reports.

Outbound Sales Process Managing Leads targets of Sales Agents to include motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, training and problem solving. Assist Team Members with development, process improvement, analysis and implementation of efficiency or quality initiatives. Monitor resource utilization & performance Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member. Write and administer performance reviews for skill improvement. Achieve stretched targets and be able to take decisions and manage complex/ difficult conflict situations with either customers or employees.
