Oversee the preparation of tax returns, VAT filings, and other statutory obligations in line with the current tax laws and regulations. Monitor cash flow, financial trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in strategic decision-making. Supervise and ensure the implementation of internal controls to safeguard the companys financial assets. Review and improve accounting procedures and systems for efficiency and compliance. Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits. Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Handle complex accounting queries and provide financial insights to senior management. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closings. Build strong relationships with vendors, bankers and other stake holders. Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
