- Responsibilities:1. Deliver parcels: The primary responsibility of a Field Executive is to deliver packages and parcels to customers in a timely manner.2. Update delivery status: Field Executives are expected to update the status of each delivery on the company's system for tracking purposes.3. Handle cash on delivery: Collect cash payments from customers for products delivered and manage accurate records of transactions.4. Resolve customer queries: Address any customer concerns or issues regarding their deliveries with professionalism and efficiency.5. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to safety regulations while driving and handling packages to ensure the safety of oneself and others.- Skills and Expectations:1. Good communication skills: Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.2. Basic math skills: Should be able to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.3. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.4.
