We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a network engineering team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.Responsibilities Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, TCP/IP) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with connecting to backend team. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team. Installation & Cabling of Broadband with the help of local ISPs Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.Requirements and skills Proven hands-on network technician or Engineer experience. Fiber splicing is involved6.Take proactive actions to reduce customer complaints from Chronic CX elements and should ensure this by rectifying the fiber connectivity, reduce fault/cut proneness and by ensuring quality of execution.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime2. Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms3. Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams4. Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals5. Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT6. Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting7. Monitor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events8. Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required9. 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules10. Responsible for process adherence11.
