Job Description:- Responsible for calling all leads & converting them into walk-ins &admissions.- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills,with the ability to prioritize tasks.- Handling walk-in queries & counseling prospective students and theirparents about the PTE Course.- Responsible for handling outbound calls and incoming calls to ensurefresh walk-ins in the center.- Recording and maintaining records of all queries.- Meeting business targets through effective counselling and selling skills.- Maintaining reports(daily, weekly, monthly, fee collection,students recordsetc.) and check, sort and forward emails.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry,analyzing and reporting.- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strongcommunication.
